As the Country Lead for Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in expanding Coliseum’s presence in the Vietnamese esports community. You’ll be responsible for building partnerships, growing communities, and organizing events that showcase Coliseum’s unique gaming experience to Vietnamese gamers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and partner with esports communities via Discord, Facebook, and Telegram in Vietnam
• Grow and support these communities by facilitating Coliseum-sponsored tournaments
• Assist in marketing efforts for partner communities and Coliseum events
• Host events and support moderation teams
• Act as a liaison between the Vietnamese gaming community and Coliseum’s global team
• Provide insights into the local gaming market to inform Coliseum’s strategy in Vietnam

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and outgoing personality
• Passionate gamer with deep knowledge of the esports landscape in Vietnam
• Proficient in using Discord and other community platforms
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work 32 hours per week
• Experience in community management or event organization is a plus
• Understanding of the gaming industry and esports trends in Vietnam
